You should complete this form, print it out, sign and return it to the School of Business Management at the address given at the end of this form. It can not be submitted online. Alternatively a PDF version is available to download. You may fax your duly completed application form together with the supporting documentation to us but the original documents need to be sent to the Admissions Office via post or courier service as soon as possible. All offers of candidature made will be provisional and subject to verification of candidate's qualifications and their meeting of the admission criteria as specified in the relevant section of the web site.

Applicants for admission to postgraduate candidature should note:
- This form is an application for admission only
- Admission is conditional and will depend upon the availability of resources
- Continued enrolment is subject to demonstrated satisfactory annual progress
- Closing dates apply in all Schools
Please read carefully:
- Attach a certified copy of transcript of your academic record to this application listing course results obtained and the date(s) of conferring of your qualification(s). If the qualification has not been conferred at the time of this application, the transcript must state that you are eligible for the award and the likely date of conferral. Verification of the conferring of the award must be submitted as soon as possible thereafter. Only certified photocopies of documents are acceptable. If any document is not in English a certified translation must also be attached. If your name differs from that underwhich you gained your qualifications or were previously enrolled, you must present documentary evidence of the name change with this application

Please organize for at least two referees to write to the Admissions Office of the College to provide a confidential testimonial on your behalf in sealed envelope. The testimonial should be in original form, signed and dated by the referee on an official letterhead with all the necessary details so that the Admissions Office can verify the authenticity of the same via phone or fax. Email testimonials may be acceptable at the discretion of the Admissions Office.
